My version of a "selfie"
I bought a cheap mirror to take this shot. I went down at the waterfront at Longyearbyen during the afternoon dusk. I shot at f/11 to get good depth of field, which meant I needed a shutter speed of 3 sec at ISO 400 to get some background to show. Main light on my face came from an SB910 speedlight sitting on the ground about 3 meters in front of me, optically second-curtain triggered using the d800's built-in flash. The latter can be seen going off. Ghosting around my head is due to movement during the long exposure.
