I'd been getting a bit tired of locations in the South Arm area, so I looked on Google Earth for a promising spot on the Western shore. This location is at Tinderbox, a little north of Pierson's Point. It is easily accessible from a clearing off Tinderbox Road. Once again, it was not easy to get all the way down to sea level, but at least I wasn't on top of a huge cliff this time! It's a very pretty spot, and the sunrise was bright and clear, if not super colorful.
